How sad, yet touching.

It warms my heart to see someone give their everything to an animal. It shows she was truly a part of you, and you of her. Mini was well loved and wanted. Though her life was short, she lived a full one.

So sorry for your loss. The sadness is felt all around. But she lives on in your memory and in your heart.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. It really hits hard when the place it so quiet and it sinks it that I won't hear any mini chatter.. I think Audrey is realising too as she's been sitting in the window and just staring at her cage

So sorry for the loss of Mini! He was a very gorgeous budgie! (and yes, he, I can't say she knowing he was a beautiful little boy!)

Mini will always be known as a girl to me and she had the personality of a female over a male regardless of the colour of her beak!!

Tragic accident.. I think her little neck may have broken, it was all over very quickly..

I am so sorry for your loss of Mini. She was beautiful and from your stories, she had a huge, loving personality. She was very, very lucky to have a home filled with so much love.
