No. He's trying to hum part of the Andy Griffith theme song. As for whistling, he can do a wolf whistle quite well and it's a real whistle, not a hum. So he CAN whistle when he wants to... this was just one of his humming efforts Once in a while he'll try to actually whistle the Andy Griffith song, but not often. I'm unsure why he prefers to hum it, considering it was performed exclusively by whistling.
