Hi I am so pleased that I have now joined. I am in South Africa and always very interesting to read my e-mails from Chet/Patty. The reason I logged on to this site is that I was not sure whether Jack my African Grey had a stroke, reading through the post's I truly discovered yes infact he had one. We had him twice at the vet prior to me noticing something is wrong, first visit, 3 injections, and some antibiotics given to me ina syringe to take home- 7drops in water in the morning, I noticed him getting very ill after our 1st visit to the vet, his one side-wing drooping and no balance in his one foot, I am so upset that this Vet has never picked this up even on the 2nd visit, MY question is ? how do I treat this
and will he heal.
