Now I may be asking for other advise in a few months depending on how long b 4 they will be friendly to each other he is said to like anyone or thing even the dogs but Mrs Buggs is a total B but I can't say I wouldn't be also locked up 14 years with out interaction of any kind but to be feed not even toys :(.

I'm no Quaker expert, or breeding expert, either, by a long shot.
But I hear people here struggling to become new breeders who have all kinds of complications, from failure to bond to egg-binding, abandoned babies...
I wonder if you could find a local breeder to work with you... let you visit, mentor you a bit?

Why are you wanting her a hubby? Are you worried that she's lonesome, or...?

yes im not new to the game! I know they will not just jump in! and I know all to well on the eggs... i only want to have 1 batch for the person with the male for payment! then put dummy eggs in! most good breeders take the eggs and hatch them, i do thank you for your help...

:40:

i just want to mention for any texans out there a place called natures half mile they have many birds for low rates from babies to seniors and the take in foster for the most part...
