My taste in music is rather diverse. Some of my favorites are:
Classic Jazz/Blues/Soul - Ottis Redding, Ray Charles, Nina Simone, Etta James, etc.
90s hip hop (although I despise today's rap) - 2pac, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Warren G, E-40, Nas, Biggie, Eminem, handful of underground westcoast/Bay Area artists.
80s/90s - Michael Jackson, Journey, ABBA, Ace of Base, a bunch of 80s pop/love songs (Died In Your Arms Tonight, She's a Maneater, Straight Up Now Tell Me, etc).
70s/60s - The Beatles, Boney M
even some oldies

As far my parrot - nothing gets her going like gangsta rap. Go figure, lol.

I'm with you I love the older hip hop and can't stand this new stuff. I have Sirus radio and I love the 90's station. Was rocking out to Ice Ice Baby and Whoomp There it Is on the way home from work the other day! Go ahead and laugh everybody I know its coming LOL!!!
