Snippets of this short duration are very difficult to define with no background regarding the Amazon and what was happening just prior to the event. And, Amy's Dad really targeted one of the the important bits of information: age(?).

The backing away preceded by the slight head bobbing implies to me that your Amazon is a bit concern regarding what you are doing. The slight head bobbing with an aggressive move toward you with a gapping beak would signify your Amazon does not like what you are doing.
