I just thought I would share some pictures of how my two birds' cages are set up. Piper's cage has actually changed slightly since I took these pictures. I added a new perch and moved one of her toys, but everything else is the same.

I would like to get Penny a larger cage in the near future, but for now she does fine with what she has. Let me know what you think!

GREAT setups - for both of them! :D

Your birds truly have it made!! Very thoughtful placement of perches, TONS of room, the whole package is phenomenal. Great job!

I love the cages, Piper lives like a king ! I like how you didn't over crowd the cage yet you still had fun toys to keep your birds entertained . While your looking for penny's dream cage I'm sure she will start making personal decorating plans !

great job. tons of room, yet quite a few toys! like my cage :)

Can I get some tips on my bird cage setup? I have never had a bird so i am unsure if i have done it appropriately. I have done alot of reading on how to set up a cage but it is all pretty basic info. I dont have any higher set perches atm since i read to leave them all midlevel at first. I am trying not to overcrowd the cage but I have more toys and another perch on the way that i can add if need be. All feedback is appreciated! This is my current setup:

Nice set up for both birds. Did that play gym come like that or did you adapt it from an existing cage:)

Looks good to me. Sometimes the best way is to let the bird tell you. See how your bird uses/enjoys and re arrange as necessary. Give them few weeks to try it out before changing.

You have done an amazing job WELL DONE !!!!!!!
Love the toys, not too many, and a lovely vareity.
Remember a bird loves new toys so.................
About every two months, move the toys around, placing them in different locations.
Believe me, your birds will never become bored.

I've got the same brown branches for my conure (the ones that span the width of the cage). She loves it!

Nice placement of toys, lots of room! Looks like a field day for your birdies!

Yeah I figured that is what i would have to do. I was obsessing when i first started setting up and then i told myself i would just have to wait for the bird to know where to make adjustments!
