Red Sided Eclectus: Mango + 17 cockatiels (Pyriet, Phoenix, Joy, Titan, Mégan, Daiquiri, Hera, Amor, Brandi, Halo, Marabi, Dainty, Sterre, Sense, Yeti, Djinti and Merel).
Good morning!

My question is about my eckies beak.
He's now 2 years and 6 weeks old, but his beak is still not completely orange.
I secretly love his last parts of his baby beak and was wondering if some eclectus male never lose their baby beak?
Are there more eckies over 1 year old with parts of their baby beak?

Around 2yo is when they should be losing the last of their baby beak. This is, of course, dependent on a variety of factors, such as subspecies and diet. At this age I wouldn't be concerned with that little black streak as it seems to be growing out.
