green wing. at the moment i dont know the weight. all i know is that the breeder left him/her with parents for 3 weeks. then pulled and saw he was huge

Well i visited him Saturday. At 5and a half weeks hes got some weight to him (wont know sex for a few weeks still) hes bigger then all her toos and greys. He also seems fond of me already. When that little mean grey annoyed him he came to me. He has some talent when it comes to pooing. Somehow he got it in my pocket

Great looking little guy you have there!

I just received the vet records for my Salsa and it shows that he came from a breeder at an Illinois bird fair in June of 2008. I already knew that but it's nice to have the actual record. The record further shows that Salsa was still on hand-feeding at the time and weighed 2.05 lb. He weighs almost 1500g now. Unfortunately it doesn't show his hatch date.

You're pretty lucky... I wish I would've known Salsa during his baby stages

im sorry you cant get all the story. we have the same problem with our rescue german shep. we have had him for 12 years.

update: the breeder told me that my baby is 960 grams at 6.5 weeks

Ok so i dont mean to brag (keep a straight face) but i went to the breeders today and wow Kenai has grown up sooooooo much. last i visited he was a wad of grey down that couldn't stand on his own yet and now hes 99.9% feathered and can fly!!!!!!!!
