My lovebird feather...

So I got a lovebird whose flight features was cut off (not plucked out) What do I have to do to make it grow back fast?

Fast is not going to happen without heavily stress your Parrot. Its better to just let the Wing Feather grow back in naturally. Time line depends on just how many feather and how short they had been cut. Long side can be twelve to eighteen months.
