My Lutino Fischer Getting Puffed Up

As in images i attached you can see the bird with puffed up, i have three lutino fischers, two adult male and one 5months female, one of the adult male is getting puffed up always and it stays for a 2minutes and he is looking 200% bigger than his normal size, rest of the birds are getting puffed and back to normal within 30sec, i dont know whats the reason for this, do my bird are sick or how to treat this. please need all your helps and clarifications.

Is he calm while he is puffed or is it an excited sort of reaction? If he seems calm the puffing could be a sign of sickness (birds puff their feathers to stay warm), in which case I would recommend taking him to an avian vet. However, puffing of the facial feathers can also be a sign of aggression or agitation about something. For instance, does he always puff up when you or another bird comes near? Also, if he's puffed up all the time that's more likely to be a sign of sickness than if he just periodically puffs up and then goes back to normal. Bird body language can be pretty confusing so it's important to look at context as well as just feather and body position. Hope this helps...
