my meyers parrott is weak and throwing up

Hi,
my meyers parrott has been weak and throwing up a very light greenish liquid. he also has not been eating he will only eat from my nail, he wont sleep unless he is on me and he is very fluffed. im just wondering if anybody else has had this experience or can offer any advice.
