My new conure Bella 4 months old

I just got my new baby conjure Bella 3 days ago she's my first conure. When I got her the lady said she didn't have much time for her. She did bite an didn't seem to friendly. I than got her home an that same night she learned .. high five! She hasn't bit me yet since. She get 4 to 6 hours out a day since I got her an if I leave the room she flys after me. She also loves cuddling under my neck when I'm laying down an lays with me an sleeps is that normal for conures. I heard it takes 1 to 4 months for them to bond andone else have similar experiences?

It's not unusual for a bird to bond with you instantly! The pair of conures I got years ago were breeders but one was curious and friendly and she bonded with us the moment we got home and let her out of the carrier. So that's good news! Congrats!!!

I heard its better to only have one to have a strong bond is that true? Can you bond equally with 2 as with 1

That is great news! Sounds like she is doing terrific! You can still bond with a bird even if you have 2 but it will depend on the bird. It is more common for them to bond to one but if you work with them it is possible to still have a strong relationship with 2 birds of the same species.
