My Sun Conure is making weird noises

Hi all,
My sun conure is about seven months and I first got her early March. For about maybe two weeks Papaya, my sun conure, has been making this weird noise, like as if she’s exhaling something it’s weird. Below is a video of her making this sound:

You can hear it at 0:17..should I take her to the vet? It’s a girl, we DNA tested her.

Sounds to me like a baby noise , someone will be along to help that's maybe heard this before. I dont think there's anything to be worried about.

Perfectly normal Conure quacking. Nothing to worry about. Cytrynka makes such sounds when she feels comfortable.

I was gonna respond, that my Sunny always makes weird noises. . But this doesn't sound weird to me, it just sounds like a normal noise.

It’s one of the quieter ones, my friend has a sun conure and he’s either squawking or making this kind of noise, which is totally normal
