So it seems like forever ago that for some reason I totally fell out of Tillie's grace. She'd tolerate me somewhat but randomly bite the #$#@$!@#$ out of me. It was so bad that I didn't want to be near her. She'd leap from someone's shoulder to bite me. I know there are bigger parrots out there with bigger beaks but I'm telling you, it hurts bad. I was more afraid of her than Jasper biting me.
Anyway, it's been about 2 weeks and I'm back in her grace. She's the sweet thing that she was when we first got her. She runs away from her old favorite person (my 18 yr old daughter) to stay with me. She's cuddling, rubbing her face on me. I think she may be regurgitating for me. Not sure. She does this head bob thing that we thought she did when she liked the music. It doesn't look when Jasper does it. Hers is mostly up and down, not down and to the front. I could have sworn she was purring at me today. I'm just excited that she's back to her normal self however temporary this may be.
Is it normal for a GCC to change who they think is their favorite often? I don't have to be the favorite. I just don't want to be the one on her poo poo list.
