My version of pumpkin birdie balls

This is my first attempt at this but I think it turned out pretty good! I used the following to make them.

Canned pumpkin, Steamed yam, Steamed carrots, Steamed butternut squash, Couscous, Quinoa, Flaxseed, Chia seeds, Crushed almond, Crushed Brazil nuts, Soaked beans, Ginger, Oatmeal and Wildflower honey oats








I'll have to see what my FIDs think of it

Looks delicious!
About the only things in there that I don't eat on a daily basis are the honey and Brazil nuts!

Did you cook the seeds and stuff first? And then bake? I think I have some canned pumpkin and I know I'll be stocking up soon!

I boiled the Couscous & Quinoa with some water and seamed the sweet potatoes, carrots & the butternut squash till soft but no need to cook anything else.
