Hello. I'm a police officer from Massachusetts. new to the forums and new to Parrot (Sun Conure) ownership. I hope to learn alot from this site. So far it seems very thorough. Do you add friends here? Feel free to add me if you do.

Welcome to the forums, being a police officer and owning a Sun Conure I would imagine would be kind of tough especially if you work any nightshifts. Sunnie's can be LOUD and noisy. They are one of the most rehomed Conures. Our bird shelters here in my area a full of them. So I hope it works out well with you and your feathered family member.

I'm a retired cop and remember working nightshift for like the first 5 years on the force.

Welcome to the forum. We used to live in Rehoboth Mass. Back in the dark ages my hubby used to be a police officer in Attleboro mass. That is a very pretty bird, congrats on your new best friend
