I am new to the group, I have a Cockatoo that is about 10 years old, she just recently started trying to bite.

Welcome to the forum! What kind of cockatoo is she. Have you recently done anything different that she may be reacting to. Has she started any other different behavior? Does she usually molt this time of year or could it be her mating season? I am new to cockatoos so I'm certainly not an expert but these are the things that I would wonder about. Good luck and keep us updated. Pics would be great too...we love pics! Maybe someone with more too experience will jump in wih more advice.
