New GCC Owner

Hi my name is Chris and I just bought my Finance' a 10 wk old baby Green Cheek Conure. She had Conures growing up and has dreamed about having one for some time now. So now she's really spoiled. For now, were assuming it's a male. But later we will more than likely get a DNA test done just to be sure (although already living in a female dominated house, I would rather just go on assuming it's male). Were not planning on breeding or getting another one anytime soon. My Finance' is at home all day, so she will have plenty of time to work with him. His name is Prince Charming (not exactly my choice, but its growing on me). All in all, I am already attached to the little rascal, although he is a bit nippy.

So this is my first bird and I have a ton of questions. So i will be posting in the forums. Thank you ahead of time for the help.

Aww congratulations on your new friend! Don't worry about the nippyness, it gets a lot better. Chewie was so bad for it to start with, but I love her to bits now
