Hi there I am new here, but not to parrot forums. I have a green Quaker parrot. He is 8 and he is handicapped, he is missing one foot from each foot and no claws. I was told he was like this at birth. I res cured Joey when he was 1 1/2. He is the love of my life then Hubby.
