Hi all,
I am a Newbie and not used to posting on a forum so bear with me.
I have a 16 yr. old African Grey Parrot, named Alex. I have owned him since he was a baby. I just lost my bird sitter and need to find someone who will take him into their home over the Holidays. I know there are vets and bird stores where I could Board him but he is used to being out of his cage a lot and needs someone who will hold him and talk to him everyday. Anyone know of someone who is qualified? Thanks for your help.

Sorry you lost the sitter, the most comfortable way to leave home with Alex in good hands. Finding a quality replacement is a tall order. There may be some members in the OC area willing and able to accommodate. You cannot send or receive private messages until reaching a fixed number of posts, but any moderator (names in purple) will be happy to forward them for you.
