Indian Ringneck and Congo African Grey
Everyone went for their vet check up/nail/beak trim today. They were good birds (mostly) and all got clean bills of health. Raptor our newest (the Caique) wasn’t a fan of the vet and refused to be toweled even though he lets me do this at home just for fun. Still he wasn’t too bad. Putting up with a 40 minute car ride each way in travel cages and letting strange people handle you and trim your nails and in Raptors case his beak as well is a lot to deal with. Got back home and was shocked they only held it against me for about 30 minutes.

Awwwwwww that's great @ParrotSnakeMan, I'm glad everyone did pretty well at the vet and didn't hold a grudge afterwards. Gotta say, you've got a few good contenders among these photos for the July Photo Of the Month contest, they look like they've behaved like a bunch of champions for you!

OOooh! Fancy! I was tempted to get a carrier like those for my guys, but I might get on if something happens to my current ones. Again.
