New sun conure

I am getting ready to purchase one from a breeder. She is highly reputable and I can tell she only seeks to responsible owners and she loves her babies VERY much. I get to pick out my baby when she is 3 weeks old, but get to take her home at 9 weeks after he weaned. How do I pick one out? What do I look for? Male or female? Which one will be more affectionate towards me and a well rounded parrot?
Can someone show me a picture of a good sized cage please?

hi achuallen, I am also getting my first sun conure from a breeder. I don't personally have a gender preference due to the fact that there isn't much difference between them. I have been reading a lot online but everything just doesn't seem to make much sense. all that I personally would do is look for the baby that catches your eye, the one that stands out the most and seems the healthiest. you have to make sure that you don't choose a baby that bites or shys away from you.

personally, I think you will be fine. I have the same issue as you!
