new to foraging ideas

was just wondering the best how to give my cockatoo good mental stimulation from foraging

im new to this idea and heard it was very impotant

There are many mental stimulating toys for birds to forage. I on the other hand- make my own. You can put a few treats in a wax-free paper tea bag, fold it so it closes, and hang it up in his/her cage, or give it to her/him as a foot toy! You can also take a very small cardboard box, put a few teats in it and hang it up in your parrots cage. But make sure your bird knows that their are treats in it.

I like to hang up a skewer of steamed veggies, and hide spinach in little beads that I take from old toys. You have to get pretty creative with it.
