New to forum and question re conure

Hello everyone. My name is Evie and I am new to this forum. I Have a yellow conure and all of a sudden she has set herself up in a corner and does not come out. Normally she is very noisy and happy but today she just stays away from everything and remains in the corner. Sure could use some input. Thank you.

Lots of questions I suppose.

Is she on a perch or the cage floor?

Will she step up? Is she trained to step up?

Is she eating or drinking?

Has she vomited?

Do her droppings appear normal?

Has she eaten/gotten into/flown under anything abnormal lately?

Is she pinning (pupils growing and shrinking rapidly) while standing in the corner?

Is she breathing heavily?

Also, how old is she? Is she DNA sexed female? It's courtship/breeding season for many parrots, including conures. Is it possible she's laid an egg? Can you see under her where she's huddled? And of course, all of the questions posted above me.

Good point. It certainly could be an egg thing!
