Newbie with a mustache

Hello everyone. Newbie here from FL. We adopted this little female mustache from a local sanctuary back in December. She is a great little bird that is as sweet as can be. We have been researching so much on the internet and forums so that we can provide a safe and loving forever home for our birds. We are adopting a Monk keet tomorrow and we have also been working with a B&G that we hope to bring home soon.

Gorgeous!! I used to see those Mustached keets ALL THE TIME when Robin was a baby. Then what happened, they all went away and you rarely see them anymore.
Well Tiki is absolutely beautiful.. She has such deep coloration

She is slightly larger than a cockatiel. She loves to be in your business and put her beak on everything. She doesn't like to be touched but loves to perch on your shoulder and will step up with no hesitations.
We believe she is around 3 yrs old because she just got her chest colors about 6 months ago.
We are just smitten with her

Tikki is gorgeous, my wife wanted a moustache but we ended up with a plumhead instead. The breeder's moustaches were a little too old for hand-raising. Like the moustache, the plumheads don't get their adult colouration until at least 2 years, so we don't know Jade's gender yet. It's about 16 months old, not as sweet a nature as it sounds your Tikki has.
