newbie with feather question

I'm a new parent of a 7 month female and have noticed little grey very soft feathers from her and wanted to know if this was normal? thank you

Sounds like your describing the soft Downey feathers that insulated her. What exactly are you asking?

sorry if it wasn't clear. I just wanted to know if it was normal at her age? since we just got her I was growing concerned.

Yes its normal to find a few of the downey feathers at that age. They will preen out a few all the time. She should go through her first molt around a year old, and then you will find lots of feathers. We call these downey feathers " fluffies", and all birds preen them at and you will find them sticking to your clothes or hair at the weirdest of times.

Oh ok... Totally normal. She might even play with them, or even other feathers that molt out.
