Newest Foster

So Mango, the sun conure, found his forever home, so I brought home a new foster. This is Pumpkin, a brown throat conure.



She is a sweet little girl, she just needed some handling to get her ready to find a forever home. It didn't take much to get her stepping up out of her cage. She really likes treats. That definitely helped.

They are, but it is incredibly heartbreaking and really takes a special soul to handle the pain!

It can be hard but it is also so rewarding to see someone fall in love with a bird that used to be looked over or was unhandleable. You just have to focus on the successes.
