Hi all!

My little Florence, who isn't quite a year old yet, is a yellow sided gcc. Ever since I've had her (about 9 months) she's liked to INCESSANTLY nibble on anything she can get her little beak on. Which is mostly me. Fingernails, dry skin, moles, freckles, my eyelid skin, my nose, if I have a pimple, my fingers, my cuticles, if I'm not watching her she'll start on my lips/mouth. Its forceful and persistent but it's not biting, she doesn't usually hurt me. I try and redirect her to something else, but she has a tantrum and scurries straight back over to me.
I have made and bought toys for her with different shapes, colours and textures to stimulate her brain and they don't seem to work (she bangs them against her cage but doesn't nibble them).
Please help me understand her behaviour! Will she grow out of it? Why is she doing it? What can I do to encourage her to stop?
She rarely cuddles or snuggles with me, she always wants to be on me, nibbling me. She's not happy if she's not nibbling. I know they use they're beaks/tongues to explore, but I think she's explored my skin enough.
