'Nut loves his veggies! :)

I started a morning routine where I always give 'Nut some kale, broccoli, carrots or some other veggies and he actually loves it now.. he even eats cauliflower!

I offer it again in the afternoon... Rascal refuses to eat any of it... he will only take few bites of kale and that's it.

I'm very proud of 'Nut... he is a good bird!! I will start making fresh spouts again soon as well and hope he eats it! He loves to admire himself in the mirror as he eats it LOL Nothing's better than seeing his beak covered in veggie crumbs haha

I'll make a deal with you Juliet....I'll tell BB to teach Coconut how to whistle Andy Griffith/Addams Family if you tell 'Nut to teach Beebs HOW TO EAT HIS VEGGIES!!!
He's like Rascal..just a nibble here or there..unless of course its smashed taters and corn,thats a different story

Love the videos!! I always love when 'tiels do their admiring "drum," wings slightly extended and a little head bob to go with it. 'Nut loves to look at himself while he eats! Baby at one point ate grated carrots with his rice. I wish I introduced veggies when I first got him, but he'll nibble at a carrot or parsley if their grated into his rice or pasta once in awhile. I know he'll tongue mashed potatoes and a mashed banana.

It's always fun and cute watching them eat as they cross their eyes.

Yes LOL... it looks so cute when you see their eyeballs moving forward and backwards as they eat... it looks so funny and cute!
