Nutri berries?

So today I grabbed some nutri berries. ChiChi LOOOOVES them. I've never even heard of them until I joined the forum. I have a few questions. How often should I give them to the parrots? How many? It says on the bag to give them 10-12. But that seems like a daily feeding. And I've read y'all giving them as treats. I put 5 in there for now. What do YOU use them for? And they smell so tasty I almost wanna eat one! Lol

The pic is the bag that I bought. Is that a good brand? The only brand? The right ones for him? TIA.

I use them for a snack when I get home from work to hold her over until dinner time . She LOOOOVES them too

Nitriberries are awsome! Bella will do anything for one!
That brand is the only and best brand of them. You should give 2-3 daily.
Bella's favorite is the purple bag, she actually knocked the bag down and climbed inside to get one!

Very respectable brand and offerings, our birds love their stuff as well. I give them as treats, but no real schedule on when they get them.

I just got that bag from my best judgement since petsmart people aren't actually petsmart! Haha.

The purple one is called sunny orchard. Bella likes the cranberries in it.

Penny LOVES them as well! I generally give her one every morning as a treat. Sometimes she will get another one later in the day, but not always. They come in all different "flavors" and there's even one type with popcorn. I believe the ones in the purple bag are "Sunny Orchard". Those are Penny's favorite type.

I seen the popcorn ones! But they weren't the same brand and didn't look as full of goodies as the actual berries did. Maybe next time. I'll also get the orchard ones next time as well. So just one or 2 a day is fine? I think I overdid it by giving them 5 lol.

You are doing so well with fresh fruits and veggies that I never thought to mention treats yet. You know me and basic nutrition before treats lol. When winter gets closer and the daylight gets shorter I supplement more with fruit type treats like those. Its just been so many years since I had birds in my house I am still remembering all this stuff. Did you read my post on fb about Charlie and Lolas mixed berries tonight?

Whoa! Whoa! hold up! i might get hired there! haha ill have to put an ad for this forum in the store if i get the job, from my experience i was more knowledgeable then the employees!(thanks to parrotforums!) They were all gathered around me when i was petting their gcc. i guess he hates everyone! not me appearantly haha

you should only give them to your parrot once in a while or it could become overweight!

Nutriberries aren't exactly fattening, 2-3 a day is perfectly fine.
