Odd twitching?

Hi parrents!!

I was wondering if anyone's conure does random twitching? I noticed Kiwi would twitch a couple of times while I'm petting her, or when she's playing around in her cage.

It doesn't happen very often, but it looks a little odd and makes me a bit nervous. I'm thinking of calling my avian vet to ask him, but I thought I'd post the question here as well

what kind of twitch, twitching/flicking of the wings can be normal.
when in doubt though always best to call the vet.
