hello, recently I made a chop for Lincoln that has beans that I cooked prior because I know you need to otherwise and enzyme interfere with digestion and could be harmful. Lately I've found that Apollo will not eat wet chop but if I put it in a dehydrator so it's dry and can be left in her cage for more than a few hours she will eat it. I did this with a past chop that was beanless, would I be able to do it with the new chop or would dehydrating the beans reverse the cooking process and make the enzyme a problem again?

I'm not certain that the process would regenerate the enzymes after having been cooked /boiled. I'm going to let our science experts handle that point.

Stevens correct. Enzymes denature/break down with heat and don’t regenerate.
