Oil Filled Radiators?

Hey guys, sorry to keep on asking this but I thought to get my Electric heater and see what kind of heater it was. It's and Oil filled Radiator. I think I remember someone on here saying that oil filled radiators arn't bad for birds. Is this true? I"m gonna do some internet searches but it'd be nice to get an answer on here to. Thanks for any answers!

Oh my gosh, oh boy, oh joy!!! I can't believe i've had a bird safe heater all this time while my birds and myself get cold in the room. This makes me happy!
