I'm not sure on the parents; the little lutino had two blue parents though which confuses me to no end. I'm going to have to consult those more knowledgeable than I on budgie genetics! I don't breed budgies but I wanted one or two as a pet. And then a client contacted me wanting some as well so the timing was perfect and I found a local breeder willing to work with me
