Hes a good looker. so how did you train him not to fly away when you take him outside? i hope to be able to do that with my soon to be baby

I'm not chron, but Oscar appears to be clipped in the photos, thus impairing his ability to fly. Hopefully, it's enough to keep him from taking off, since clipped birds can and do get lost outside!

Yea If they get a fright they can easily fly higher into a tree of over a fence
