No, to both of the materials you asked about.

Building an aviary with pressure treated wood would surely be a death sentence for any bird that gets its beak on it.

Any hookbill that gets their beak on PVC coated wire may peel it off and ingest some, therefore SS is MUCH safer and much preferred.

Pressure treated wood is a big no-no, and definitely stick to SS ...stay away from galvanized metal as well.
