Parakeet Question

I have two parakeets (I think they are both boys) in the same cage, I bought them at the same time from a pet store where they lived together. One of the birds bites the other ones beak and like screeches at it and then they both fly around the cage. But most of the time they just sit together and are fine. What are they doing? Also can anyone tell me about how told they are?

From here they both look young, within a year old or less, but I could be wrong. Their behavior is normal. Budgies frequently play fight, feed each other, groom, etc. same-sex pairs bond just as closely as opposite-sex pairs. Beautiful birds btw
