My oldest, Sammy (10 y/o Jardine's) has always had a thing for feet. Its toned down as he's aged. But it's clear that he still has a thing for them.
When he was younger he would regurgitate on toes (with socks on) and just generally be drawn to feet.
Now he will sometimes (more often with guests) come to check out their feet & toes. He will nibble or even bite (but I can pretty accurately tell when he is about to bite and have instructed guests on how to move their foot away to prevent him from biting).
He is doesn't do this for hands. He even seems to slightly dislike hands, I think, as they are 90% of the time the target of his (viscous) bites when he gets upset.
I do not stroke or touch him elsewhere than his head and neck. Maybe it's a sexual thing for him?
This isn't really a problem but am curious to hear if anyone else's parrot also has this strange like ("fetish")
