My parrots nail got stuck in the cage and he bit off his toe nail and now it is covered with blood and inflamed. What can I clean it with?

You can clean it with bird-safe styptic powder or Kwik Stop. But the best thing you could ever do right now is see a vet.

I wouldn't use it. Maybe try rinsing the wound with plain tap water.

Don’t use peroxide, it destroys skin tissue. It shouldn’t be used in human wounds either…I have used it briefly to bubble dirt up from deeper cuts when I was climbing, and then rinse with plain water quickly. I was brought up to use peroxide for cuts and didn’t learn until much later how much damage it could do. The betadine suggestion above is much better.
