Pasta Mix

Folger has rejected all fresh food I have offered so far. He is into nuts and has rejected much of everything else. So tonight I made up a pasta mix to see if he would give that a try. Success

Cooked Ingredients - Brown Rice, Pasta, Lentils
Everything Else - Peeled Butternut Squash, Crushed Red Pepper, Purple Cabbage, Coconut Oil, Peeled Mango

Perhaps you should try giving Folger very lightly steamed veg? There are things Percy refuses to eat raw (unless it has been almost liquidized and hidden in chop) but loves when it is steamed - like brocolli, tomato, beetroot, cabbage.

I actually was eating it while I was standing and talking to Folger. The first bite I forgot how much crushed pepper I had put in it and my mom laughed at how surprised my face looked.:11: and I love things hot so I just kept eating it after that:54:

I'll have to try the steamed broccoli or cabbage since there is still a lot of cabbage left!
