Patagonian conure!?

I have had my dreams come true! Well, almost. I'm in the middle of getting a Patagonian conure! I've never heard of them until now. Has anyone here? They are gorgeous birds! Here's a picture of my soon to be new flock member! Whatcha think?!

I have a patagonian they are very load but are also very affectionate...they require a tremendous amount of attention. Gorgeous patty....they are also excellent flyers mine does laps around the house daily...please watch yours as mine is very bird aggressive,,,,,,congrats on your patty

Patagonian conures are the biggest conures, can be loud (not sure if theh are sun/nanday loud), and form a great bond, etc etc. That's great that your getting one! Not many owners that I know of. By the way, not sure if this is an old picture, but his toenails are a little long.

Well the guy that I was getting him from backed out on me. I had his quarantine cage set up and everything. *sigh* he is beautiful tho.

Maybe it's a good thing then. I just posted another thread on a sun I'm picking up today as soon as hubby gets off work. So excited I get another conure for sure this time. And maybe fate has decided that This sun needs me more than the patty.
