I have a Nanday and he is pretty amazing, he's about 5years old and I've had him three months. We're still learning each other's body language, but having fun. As I type this he's on my shoulder cuddling.
So, are you going to purchase this guy?

I cant. Hes 450 plus id need another cage. Also I really cant properly care for any more fids at this time.

I even passed on the free parakeets on craigslist this morning.

If I were a zillionaire... there's no better fantasy than cruising around taking in one and all needy birds... of course, I'd have a huge aviary, staff, free flight cages/waterworks/solariums...

Its a franchise. The owners and their kids take them out and play with them after hours. The kids were there today at the grand opening. I have never seen a pet store bird that was so friendly. I will definitely torture myself some more and go back to visit.
