Hmmm, that box must have a bit of radioactive material someplace in side!! Maybe another few weeks and it will reduce to a point that they may trust it, or not!! The interworks of the Amazon mind is a mysterious place.

The opening in the cage will never get bigger.
making the hole in the box bigger will let more light inside.
It will also add material for padding in the bottom if things go that far.
