Seems to go down every couple months for extended periods without warning (last time, I think it was down for over 8 hours. If they have planned maintenance, let your customers know in advance!). Very frustrating for those of us who also have a paid account and use it for work. Even irritating to have my 'fun' account I use to link photos over to forums down too.

Just discovered that Photobucket is on Facebook.

They apparently announce planned outtages there. But... they're still down way past the time they said they'd be back!!!!

I know I am annoyed by it too. I use photobucket for my everyday photos ones that are not so great. I put my good photos for my photography portfolio on Flickr. I think Google photos is a good one. I am going to switch over to that.

personally I have a deviantart account and just stick my signatures/pictures in the DA Stash feature. Invisible to the public, but visible when linked. Darn near impossible to get into unless I give you the folder link.

At the very least I think I'll do future stuff with it. GAWWWWD, I'd dread re-posting all the Scrapbook photos, etc............... arghhhhhhhhhhhh!

I'll keep the old Photobucket stuff... too much of a pain to go back and re-post!
