So my friend has a pied budgie with a pink cere but white rings around the cere they are white and in a photo zoomed in slightly blue. Is this a boy or a girl.

Hes very young under 3 months I believe hes got all his stripes and his iris is completely black.

They should be ok, as long as there are no nesting places where they can get territorial over
