Pippa my new blue crowned conure

Pippa is a 4 yr old blue crowned conure I adopted. She absolutely loves attention. She loves to give me kissies and groom me. Right now she started saying her name. She will also flip over onto her belly and let me pet her belly. She has a couple problems though. She is very nippy when she doesn't get what she wants and also screams when she doesn't get what she wants. I have made a huge headway with the biting. Timeout truly works for an attention seeking bird. She is my new baby and I spend so much time with her. I just don't know how she will feel when I start school lol. Maybe she can help me study.

I think "being bratty" is pretty normal. They are such sweethearts but definitely want to test things a bit. She sounds like a good natured bird overall. How long have you had her?

I've had her only for a month.
