playtime for an alex?

hello everyone I was just wondering if alexandrines are a species of parrot that enjoy playing with their humans? I have seen videos of cockatoos and african greys and they are playing with balls and stacking cups and seem to be loving it. I know alex's tend to be not a cuddly parrot which ive learnt to llive with but would love it if i could get him to play!

I can tell you that Mish loves his nightly games, we have him out for 6 or 7 hours a day and during that time he loves to "help" with things.

Is he cuddly? Mish definitely is, before bed he loves a cuddle and a kiss, he tucks himself under your chin makes his little bird babble noise and snuggles right into you.

During the day he will fly over to me and my partner and rub his beak on us and make kissing noises then go back to what he was doing.

We read him popup books and he loves them, we got an insect book that makes noise and he loves it, we also found a pepper pig book and he loves the colors in the book (tries to eat the pigs).

But he loves toys, anything interactive, the more you play and make things interesting the better.

Play LegoZilla with him/her, build a lego town and let them go nuts knocking it down, just use duplo or the bigger lego bits as the small lego heads look just like gum nuts

thx for the reply never thought about books, i have kids so i plenty of them, lots that make noises and pop ups too will def try this! I also have lots of mega blocks and lego so will do this too Minti is out 24/7 pretty much as im usually home and he def has to see what im doing. He is usually on my shoulder esp if i am on the computer or vacuuming for some reason he loves it lol as for cuddly i wouldnt say he is cuddly, although he loves to sit and chat quietly with me and seems to enjoy a neck scratch, he also puts his beak against me alot, not sure what that means though? i give him lots of beak kisses and he never tries to bite me and seems to wait for more lol
