plucking or heavy molting?

i have a lutino tiel named tiki not sure about age but its estimated to be 18-30 months so about a minute ago a couple of feathers were on the floor didnt think much of it i looked away for 14 mins looked back there were 8 feather on the ground in about half an hour my tiel lost 8 feathers im not sure if she is molting and the tips of the feathers seem to be smooth with a bit of bends here and there ill show pics once i fix my pc
