Poppy seeds..... Yes or no?

Hi all, I tried to find the answer online but all I can find is a total conflict, half yes, half no. Do any of you allow your birds to have poppy seeds, if yes, how many and have you noticed any changes in behaviour or health?

well poppy seeds are in alot of bird seed mixes. but i wouldnt really give poppy seeds to your bird as its main meal becuse feeding birds only seeds can be bad for your birds. seeds shoud be only used for treats. but you dont have to feed your bird poppy seeds though.
